At TĦEUS Studio, we believe a space should do much more than just look good.
We design spaces built around how they feel, how they function, and the experience they create for those who live in them or arrive at them. From short-term stay properties to residential spaces, every project is developed with a strategic, functional, and aesthetic vision.
We understand that, especially in short-term rentals, design directly influences how a property is perceived, how it stands out, and how it gets booked. That's why every decision — from the layout to the final styling — is intentional.

LUIS ARAUJO
I'm from Ciudad Ojeda, Venezuela, and before turning to design, I studied engineering. Although I now work in a much more creative world, that way of thinking is still part of how I approach every project.
Over time, I found myself drawn into the world of short-term rentals, staging, and interiors — working hands-on with properties and learning how small changes can completely transform the perception and experience of a space.
Today I see design as a way of giving direction to a space: understanding what it needs, what's unnecessary, and how to make everything feel clearer, more natural, and more cohesive. That blend of strategy and design is the foundation of TĦEUS Studio — creating spaces with intention, personality, and decisions that truly make sense.
